Website terms

These terms explain the purpose of the JIANWEI website and an initial case review request.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Information and initial inquiries

The website introduces AI-assisted record organization, human review of transaction details, and analysis of available payment trails. Guides are general information and do not establish the facts of your particular situation.

Submitting a form is an initial inquiry. It does not establish a service engagement, legal representation, or authority for us to act on your behalf. Any further work, scope, and terms require a separate agreement.

2. What analysis can and cannot do

Analysis depends on the records and public information available. A transaction path or possible connection does not, by itself, prove the identity of a recipient or that funds are recoverable.

We do not guarantee recovery or claim the power to reverse transfers, freeze accounts, seize assets, or issue legal orders. The website is not an official crime reporting service.

3. Use the site responsibly

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and distinguish what you know from what you suspect. Do not submit another person's sensitive records unless you have permission or authority to do so.

Do not send account credentials, private keys, verification codes, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or identity documents through the initial form. Do not misuse the form, interfere with the site, or submit malicious content.

4. Illustrations and examples

Scam scenarios, diagrams, and timeline examples explain patterns or methods. They are not evidence that a particular person committed a crime, live investigation results, client testimonials, or promises of a specific outcome. General photography does not identify our staff or clients.

5. Payment and official reporting

If you recently sent money, contact the payment provider directly. If you need to report a crime, use the appropriate authority's official reporting channel. A request to our team does not replace either step.

Links to outside websites are provided for useful next steps. Each organization is responsible for its own services, availability, forms, and policies; a link does not imply an affiliation or endorsement.

6. Availability, privacy, and questions

The website or contact form may be temporarily unavailable. A submission is acknowledged only when delivery can be confirmed; an acknowledgment is not confirmation that work has started.

Information submitted through the form is handled as described in the privacy notice. For questions about the website or a review request, contact the team.
